23/10/2007 : ID Data wins major contract for retail loyalty project worth £1.5 million
ID Data Group plc, the smart card and card solutions group, today announces that it has been awarded a contract by one of Europe's leading retailers to assist in the re-launch of its award winning loyalty program. The contract, which involves the delivery of personalised loyalty cards with patented key fobs, is expected to impact on ID Data's second half results for the year ended 31 March 2008 by adding approximately £1.5 million of new sales

Premier Travel Inn, the UK’s biggest hotel chain with over 470 hotels throughout the UK, has announced ID Data as their top keycard supplier. ID Data was voted as the hotel group’s No.2 supplier overall in an internal survey of over 400 Hotel Managers. ID Data supplied over half a million key cards to Premier Travel Inns last year, with each order being turned around in less than two working days.

ID Data Group Plc (AIM:IDD), the smart card solutions and outsourcing business, announces that it has agreed to acquire the business and assets of CredEcard plc (“CredEcard”), the pre paid card service provider, for a total consideration of up to £725,000 in cash and shares subject to achieving specified performance objectives over the next two years.
