When ID Data took over the National Smart Card project with pioneering local authority Bracknell Forest Council, ID Data was tasked with training its staff in disparate locations on the use of its new technology. On site training, education and support was required for each of the council's libraries and leisure centres in addition to a dedicated helpline direct to ID Data's technical support teams.
