Formed in 1988, ID Data plc has developed, through organic and acquisitive growth, into one of Europe’s leading suppliers of plastic cards and plastic card based solutions.
The Company’s strategy, to move from commodity products to value-added services and solutions, has created a solid platform on which to build further growth. ID Data has formed agreements with several major global corporations to facilitate rapid market development including partnerships with Toshiba and Toppan.
ID Data’s clients include Tesco, Esso, GE Capital, Citibank and the Post Office.
ID Data's new plastic card manufacturing facility based in Poland opened in late 2005. This 'state of the art' plant has significantly boosted ID Data’s plastic card production capacity, from 70 millions cards to over 200 million cards per year.
